1) Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases or enquiries made through the site or our official channels.
2) Who we are
Shah Hemp Inno-Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (SHIV), Nepal—working with natural building materials, community-made products and educational services.
3) Using our website
Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not copy, scrape or misuse content, images, designs, or trademarks without permission.
4) Products & services
- Natural materials vary in colour/texture; reasonable variations are expected.
- Specifications, availability and pricing may change.
- Custom orders (e.g., bags, labels, prints) follow project-specific quotations and approvals.
- Our products are artisan-made, reflecting the skill and craftsmanship of our makers. Slight irregularities, variations in texture, and minor imperfections are part of the human touch.
5) Orders, pricing & payments
- Prices are shown in NPR for local orders and USD for international orders. Payments can be made via bank transfer. Bank transfer fees to be covered by client.
- Shipping, taxes and duties (if any) are borne by the buyer and will be communicated before confirmation.
- Buyers are responsible for ensuring that import regulations and duties in their respective countries are met.
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment (or as agreed in writing).
6) Shipping & delivery
- We ship through trusted partners; timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or local conditions.
- We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to external factors such as customs clearance, courier delays, or natural disasters.
Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery to the address provided. Please inspect parcels on receipt.
7) Returns & cancellations
- For standard (non-custom) products: contact us within 3 days of delivery for damage/defect support; we’ll guide you on assessment and next steps.
- Custom/“made to order” items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Cancellations must be requested before dispatch/production; fees may apply if work has begun.
8) Warranties & limitations
- Natural building and craft materials require correct handling and installation; performance depends on application conditions beyond our control.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHIV is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the site/products.
9) Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, logos, design) is owned by SHIV or its licensors. You may not reproduce without prior written permission.
10) Privacy

External links are provided for convenience; SHIV is not responsible for their content or practices.
