All orders must be placed through our website.
Payments can be made via bank transfer (domestic & international).
For domestic orders, we will confirm the payable amount including shipping charges via phone, before payment.
For international orders, we will send a quotation in USD, including shipping charges, before payment.
For international orders, any bank transfer fees and applicable customs duties or charges imposed by the destination country will be covered by the client.

Order fulfillment is subject to product availability.
If all items are in stock, your order will be shipped immediately upon payment confirmation.
If any items need to be manufactured, we will inform you of the estimated manufacturing time at the time of order confirmation.
We manufacture sustainably and in small quantities, avoiding overproduction. This means that some products may have a wait time, ensuring that your product is crafted specifically for you.
Customization options are available; you may choose to have a product made as per your specific preferences.

Orders within Nepal will be confirmed via phone and email before dispatch.
International orders will be confirmed via email and processed once payment is received.
Shipping times may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and courier services.

Our products are artisan-made, reflecting the skill and craftsmanship of our makers.
Slight irregularities, variations in texture, and minor imperfections are part of the human touch and uniqueness of handmade products. These are not defects but signs of authenticity and craftsmanship.

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assess the issue.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after verification and will be issued in the original payment method.
Custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to external factors such as customs clearance, courier delays, or natural disasters.
We ensure high-quality standards, but we do not guarantee suitability for any specific purpose beyond the intended use of our products.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that import regulations and duties in their respective countries are met.

We respect your privacy and do not share your personal information with third parties, except as required to fulfill your order.
